FREE Standard Delivery On Orders Over £500

*to most mainland UK postcodes

 

  • For orders over £500, Standard Delivery is free*
  • For orders under £500, Standard Delivery is just £60

We also offer a £20 delivery option for smaller orders weighing less than 20kg.

    Delivery Times

    Deliveries are generally made between 8am and 6pm - unfortunately we’re unable to offer specific time slots.

    We do ask the delivery drivers to call one hour ahead, where it’s safe and possible to do so. 

    Pallet Sizes

    Please be aware of the size of the pallets;

    • Half size - 80 x 60 cm
    • Full size - 80 x 120 cm

    Please bare in mind that for larger orders , two or more pallets may be used to fit all the goods on.


    Choose a Convenient Delivery Date

    Before you checkout you’ll be able to choose a convenient weekday for delivery. Please note that we're unable to deliver on bank holidays and weekends.

    Unfortunately delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed so we do not recommend booking in any tradespeople until you have received and checked your order. 

    Kerbside Delivery

    Like any pallet deliveries, our deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
    This means they won’t necessarily be made to your driveway or front door. Delivery drivers are not insured to enter your property, open the pallet or physically handle any tiles.

    Accepting Your Delivery

    Please make sure that a responsible person is present upon delivery to accept the delivery, to check and sign for it

    • Inspect for any damage
    • Check all items are present
    • Sign to accept the delivery

    If you see or suspect any damage, then you must follow the guidelines below.

    • Take a clear photo of each tiles that are damaged
    • Sign for them as damaged, due to insurance purposes any claim that isn't signed for as damaged will not be able to be resolved
    • Email all photos to sales@tile-smart.co.uk

    Access issues

    Hazards such as grass, steep inclines and gravel will cause an obstruction to the pallet truck meaning the delivery will be made to the closest accessible location. Narrow roads and restricted access may cause a delay to the delivery. If you think a smaller vehicle is required to deliver your order, please notify us.

    Changing Your Order

    Orders can only be amend by quantities, delivery dates or addresses if you notify us within two hours of placing your order and the order has not yet been dispatched. 

    Late Deliveries

    Delivery is done by a 3rd party company please be aware that in rare circumstances, there may be a delay to your delivery that’s not within our control. This is usually down to events such as bad traffic or weather conditions. In this scenario, we’ll do our very best to keep you informed.

    We cannot be held liable for any costs arising from a delayed delivery, so we would advise not booking in tradespersons until after your order has been delivered.

    Surcharge and Island Postcodes

    An additional delivery charge will apply to certain postcodes:

    £65 - Remote postcodes:
    FK20-21, G83-84, PA21-38, PH33, PH36-41, PH49-50, TR17-26, AB, IV0-39, IV63, KW1-14, PH19-32, PH34-35

    £100 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish islands:
    HS, IV40-56, PA20, PA40+, PH42-44, KA27-28,ZE, KW15-17, PO30-41, GY, IM, JE

    Delivery to these remote and island postcodes takes a minimum of 7 working days.
